摘要：
一种小径薄壁金属花管的弯制用护模装置,包括在管孔内组设一可塑性模心件,在管壁外罩设一对可塑性分形模,且在分形模外壁套设一胶管,并将胶管外套置一涡片弹簧,于涡片弹簧外套设一拉伸弹簧,以及将拉伸弹簧双侧开口端分别锁设封盖,以构成一护模装置,供给管壁上已形成有艺术纹体的小径薄壁的直形金属花管进行弯制时使用。本发明的装置具有均等分散管壁弯形作用力,防止管壁于弯形时造成塌陷的护持效用。

A pattern protector used for bending small-diameter thin-wall floral metal tube without damage to pattern is composed of a plastic core part put in the tube, a pair of split plastic moulds covering the tube, a rubber tube sleeving around the split moulds, a volute leaf spring sleeving around the rubber tube, and a stretch spring sleeving around the volute leaf spring and with two end covers. It serves to disperse and homogenize the action force on tube surface when it is bent.
