摘要:
一种等压塑性研磨法,是利用一具有提升液压能力及产生超声波振动能力的容器,在此容器内置入待磨工件、研磨剂以及研磨粒;并运用巴斯卡(Pascal)原理,提升容器内研磨剂的液压至一定值,促使容器内的高压研磨剂以及研磨粒能一同对工件行使等方加压作用力;再配合容器内形成有超声波的振动运作,能产生Blaha(布拉哈)效应以及Cavitation(空化)效应,降低金属或合金的待磨工件的应力及张力;使工件达到全域性等压研磨工件壁表,提高研磨工件的塑性研整能力及研磨精度与效率。

An equipressure plastic grinding method features that a container able to raise hydraulic pressure and generate ultrasonic vibration is used and the workpiece to be ground, grinding agent and grinding particles are put in the container.Based on the Pascal principle, the hydraulic pressure of grinding agent in container is raised to a certain value to make the high-pressure grinding agent and grinding particles apply same acting forces on the workpiece. Under cooperation of ultrasonic vibration Blaha effect and cavitation effect are generated to reduce the tension and stress of metal or alloy workpiece to be ground. The overall surface of workpiece is ground by equal pressure for raised precision and productivity.
