本发明涉及的内燃机余热回收方法包括:A、使发动机气缸水套3内的冷却水10与另一水箱5相通;B、在相通的水箱5内设置封闭流动的水冷却器6,由冷却器6中的流入水及自动温度控制阀T1,带走水箱5中水10的热量从而在水箱B中产生可供使用的热水;C、使水箱B中的部分热水流经排气管4中的热交换器12,并通过自动温度控制阀T2对通道开启或关闭的控制(100度以上开启),在水箱C中产生进一步被加热的开水饮用水。

A method and apparatus for recovering after heat of IC engine features that the cooling water in water jacket of cylinder in engine is communicated to another water tank, in which a closed-loop water cooler is arranged, the hat energy of the water in the water tank is carried out by the flowing water in the cooler and automatic temp control valve to generate hot-water, and the part of hot water in water tank flows through heat exchanger in air exhausting pipe and is further heated in one another water tank to generate boiling water under the control of an automatic temp control valve.
