一种抗冻承压式全玻璃真空管集热器,属太阳能热利用技术领域,包括全玻璃真空太阳能集热管(2)、连集管(3)、尾座(1)及支架(6),其特征在于:在连集管(3)的背阴侧设置有换热箱(4),连集管(3)与换热箱(4)经两根管道(5)、(7)相连,连集管(3)与换热箱(4)内充有防冻液(11),贯穿换热箱设有换热管(14),具有结构简单、成本低、可单级或多级串并联使用,安装维修方便,抗冻效果好,在－30～－50℃不结冰,承压能力增强至12个大气压以上等优点。

The present invention belongs to the technology of utilizing solar energy. The heat collector consists of solar heat collecting vacuum glass pipes, central connecting pipe, tail seat and support, andit features that the heat exchanger with heat exchanging pipes is set below and connected through two pipes to the central connecting pipe and that the heat exchanger and the central connecting pipe are filled with anti-freezing liquid. The heat collector has simple structure and low cost, may be used in single stage or combination. It has excellent anti-freezing effect without freezing up to minus 30 deg.C to minus 50 deg.c and pressure bearing capacity up to 12 atm.
