The present invention relates to a dry operating composite bored concrete pile. It includes the following steps: firstly, using ring-type stirring machine to pressure inject grount at the pile-forming position, and stirring to make a cement-soil cut off closed casing; at least after five days, adopting spiral drill or revolving excavator drill or grab drill to make dry operating borrow and form bore in the casing; placing steel reinforcement cage in the bored hole and pouring concrete so as to form the invented dry operating composite bored concrete pile. Said invention can be used as base pile for building to raise load-bearing capacity of pile base, and also can be used as row of support piles of foundation pit so as to implement double functions of retaining soil and stopping water.
