The cold waterin the pressure-bearing water tube is passed through the internal tube and heated by hot water in the internal tube, then the heated water is heat-exchanged with the cold water in the water tank so as to heat the cold water in the water tank. Said invention not only is simple and compact in structure, but also implement the bearing solar water heater.
