本发明涉及一种功能食品蜂花金豆粉及其制备方法。其特征在于它由90%(重量百分比)黄豆粉,9%花粉,1%增效剂Z配制而成。该技术采用经过技术处理的花粉80%(占处方花粉量),未经过处理的花粉20%混匀,再连用增效剂一同溶于黄豆液中,此比例混匀的花粉具有维生素E、烟酸、叶酸释放率高,能完全溶于黄豆液中,经过喷雾干燥处理,能迅速溶解。

The present invention relates to a functional food fenghua Jindou soybean flour and its preparation method.
