摘要:
一种超低温气体辅助热塑/热固性复材表层剥漆的方法,是包含将一欲剥漆的热塑性或热固性的复合材料(简称复材)制品传输接受第一道超低温气体的急冷冲击作用,使复材表层漆料瞬间发生脆化现象,随后再将复材制品传输至接受第二道研磨粒的喷撞刨刮作用,促使复材制品表层已脆化的漆料得以简易的被剥离,进而成为一种高效率自动剥漆的方法。

The paint-stripping method is characterized by that the thermoplastic or thermosetting composite material with patent leather to be stripped is conveyed into first treatment station, and subjected toquenching impact action of ultralow temp. gas to make the patent leather of composite material surface produce embrittlement instantaneously, then the composite material is conveyed into second treatment station, and subjected to blasting, impacting, planting and scraping action of grinding granules to can completely strip brittle patent leather from the surface of composite material product. Said invention is a high-effective automatic paint-stripping method.
