本发明为一种半自动制钵机,包括各种操纵机构,其模板运送机构包括推移件和滑轨,打孔机构和压实脱模机构为一套机构,覆土、打孔、播种等机构依次置于固定机架上的模板滑轨上,打孔机构的打孔压头、播种机构的下种型孔的个数均与模板上的钵孔数相对应,模板下有可活动底板,模板和底板配合在滑轨上,底板上设有推移件。本发明结构合理,操作方便,具有播种功能,生产效率高,成品率高,整机协调性好,运行可靠性好,用于农业上制钵育苗工程中。

A semi-automatic earthen pot maker is composed of various manipulation mechanisms, mould plate delivering mechanism comprised of push part and slide track, a set of puncher and compacting-demouldingunit, earth loader and sower. Said earth loader, puncher and sower are sequentially arranged on slide track of mould plate, which is fixed to machine frame. The numbers of punch heads and sowing holes are correspondent to the operature numbers of the earthen pot on the mould plate which has movable bottom plate. Its advantages are reasonable structure, easy operation, high productivity and rate of finished products, and high reliability.
