摘要：
本发明公开了一种用于合成宽分子量分布的聚丙烯催化剂及其制法。针对现有技术中宽分子量分布的聚丙烯不能由催化剂直接制得的问题,本发明通过合成催化剂时同时合成两个或两个以上的等规活性中心从而提高了催化剂合成宽分子量分布聚丙烯的能力,使用这种方法所获得的催化剂,其树脂分子量分布可以提高到Mw/Mn为8或更高,使聚丙烯树脂在保持原有物理机械性能的情况下,加工性能明显提高。

The present invention discloses a catalyst for synthesizing polyprolylene with wide molecular weight distribution and its preparation method. It is characterized by that at the same time of synthesizing catalyst two or more than two isotactic active centres are synthesized so as to raise the catalyst capability to synthesize polypropylene with wide molecular weight distribution. The catalyst obtained by using said invented method, its resin molecular weight distribution can be raised to that Mw/Mn is 8 or more high so that the working property of polypropylene can be obviously raised under the condition of retaining its original physical and mechanical properties.
