摘要：
一种可控制孔形、孔径组织的海绵状金属材料造制方法,包括对胚料施以沾料、积层、烘干、真空沾浆、干燥、沉浸、烧结、预热、真空铸造等步骤。将这些有机胚料外围沾附一层有机介质,再利用积层方式将胚料粘聚后烘干,使胚料间相结合而成一具有多数胚料的聚合外型与其间分布有多数缝隙形态的定型雏件;来促使该海绵状金属材料的内部孔洞可呈相互连通形态,有效提高强化海绵状金属材料在防火、隔音、隔热或防磁波干扰等单一或复合的特性时的效能。
摘要（英）：
A spongy metal material with controllable shape and size of pores is made up through sticking a layer of organic medium on the periphery of organic raw material, laminating, baking, acuum dipping grout, drying, immersion, sintering, preheating and vacuum casting. The particles of raw material are combiend together to form a collected body in which there are multiple gaps. Its inner pores can be communicated to each other for high function in fire retarding, sound isolating, thermal insulation and preventing magnetic interference.
