A multifunctional health-care sleeping appliance is composed of single-body base layer made of far infrared emitting material, thermal insulating layer made of cotton, magnet plates uniformly distributed in the thermal insulating layer of base layer, and water-proof material attached to external surface of base layer. Its advantages include simple and compact structure, and static massage function for reducing blood pressure and magnetizing blood.
