本发明是对乙烯装置停工过程中系统残留的碳二、碳三物料进行回收的工艺,包括了乙烯制冷系统合格乙烯的回收、丙烯制冷系统聚合级丙烯的回收、乙烯精馏系统混合碳二馏分的回收、丙烯精馏系统混合碳三馏分的回收。该回收工艺运用了乙烯装置固有的设施,只简单地配加临时管线,解决了残留组分必须排火矩的难题,经济效益显著。

A recovering process for residual C2 and C3 materials includes recovering ethylene product from ethylene cooling system, recovering polymer-level propylene from propylene cooling system, recovering mixed C2 fraction from ethylene rectifying system and recovering mixed C3 fraction from propylene rectifying system. The recovering process uses inherent ethylene plant only adding some temporary pipelines and recovers residual components in the plant without burning them, and this results in obvious economic benefit.
