本发明为一种胶孢炭疽菌菌株及其用于生物除草的方法,属于微生物应用于农业植物保护领域。胶孢炭疽菌菌株(QZ－97a),(保藏单位:中国微生物菌种保藏委员会;保藏日期:2000年8月28日保藏号:CGMCCNO.0483),属婆婆纳专化型。用该专化型菌株的分生孢子以及菌丝的浓度为每毫升105至109,或者用该菌的分生孢子与1/8至1/20常规用量的化学除草剂配合使用用于生物除草,可以在麦田、油菜田、大豆、棉田和玉米田等旱田中可以安全使用,无污染与残毒,并能同时用于控制上述几种杂草。对目标杂草控制效果可以达到85%以上。

The present invention belongs to the field of plant protection, especially using microbe in biological weeding. The boil anthrax bacillus strain QZ-97a is one type specially for geminate speedweel herb. The fission and hypha of the strain in the concentration of 10 to the fifth power - 10 to the ninth power each ml, or the fission matched with chemical herbicide in 0.05-0.125 conventional consumption is used in biological weeding of field for wheat, rape, soybean, cotton and corn, and may reach a weeding effect as high as 85 % without pollution and residue.
