The present invention discloses a method for implement toll busy-dredging service on intelligent network, including the following steps: when user A is being in talking state, a toll user B dialling-calls said user A, said toll calling is connected to the end office (LSA) of user A, the end office (LSA) judges that the user A is busy, an access code is added before called number and said toll calling can be transferred into intelligent network system, according to the access code said intelligent network system judges that said calling belongs to a toll busy-dredging service, and triggers said toll busy-dredging service logic and gives operator calling to end office (LSA), the end office can judge the talking state of user A and feeds said talking state back into intelligent network system, according to the talking state said intelligent network system can make correspondent toll calling prompting or toll busy prompting treatment.
