摘要：
一种合成Zr30Ni70合金粉末的方法,特别适用于矿山开采和火炮、导弹等的导火线、电子产品中的吸气剂和储氢材料的Zr30Ni70合金粉末的合成过程。其特征在于把Zr粉和Ni粉按比例配料,再加入10－30%的Zr30Ni70合金粉末作稀释剂,经混均,压制成坯,在保护气氛下燃烧合成制取合金粉末。其粉末的氧及杂质低,稳定性好、合金化程度高,大部分指标优于雾化法,比雾化粉法的加工成本大大降低,具有很高的实用性。

The synthesis method of Zr30Ni70 alloy powder includes the following steps: mixing Zr powder and Ni powder according to a certain proportion, adding 10-30% of Zr30Ni70 alloy powder as diluting agent,uniformly mixing them, pressing to obtain blank, combustion under the protecting atmosphere to make synthesis to obtain the invented alloy powder with low oxygen and impurity content, high alloying extent and good stability. Said invented product is specially applicable for making blasting fuse, degasser and hydrogen-storing material, and its cost is low.
