一种行星齿轮无级变速系统,由正倒档齿轮箱、行星齿轮无级变速器组成,是提供一种以行星齿轮为传动介轮的行星齿轮无级变速系统。系统中的变速部分是一种无需任何辅助机构控制的全自动无级变速器。它以由齿轮、齿轮架、轴、定位臂构成的行星齿轮组合体为基础,当行星齿轮组合体由静态转变为动态时便可改变输出轴的转速,使变速系统的输入轴和输出轴上的转速与扭矩的比值产生连续变化,从而实现无级变速。本发明设计合理,工作稳定可靠,传动精确,传动力矩大,它能按比例扩大应用到任何类型的发动机上,是摩托车、汽车乃至铁路牵引机车工业全面进入无级变速时代的一种理想的用途广泛的无级变速系统。

A planetary wheel stepless speed system is composed of positive reverse gear wheel box, planetary wheel stepless speed variator. The sheed changing portion is fully automatic stepless speed changer without the need of any auxiliary control mechanism. The planetary gear assembly is composed of gear, gear frame, shaft, location arm, when the planetary gear assembly changes, from static state to mobile state, it can change the revolution speed of output shaft, to make the radio of revolution speed and torque of input shaft and output shaft of the speed changing system produces continuous change,thereby realize stepless speed change. The present invention is rational in design, stable and reliable in operation, precision in transmission etc.
