The present invention discloses a method for identifying hand-writing Chinese character new radicals. It has no need of writing whole Chinese character, only has need of writing defined first and final new radicals or radical symbols, and is characterized by that the new radicals and radical symbols of hand-writing system are formed from 26 symbols with writing rules. This method not only is simple and convenient for writing, but also can make correct recognition rate of computer system be up to 100%, not only can identifying sixty-thousand word groups. idioms, commonly used words and other informations, but also is suitable for all people to use.
