The present invention relates to a catalytic reaction distillation equipment, including rectifying section, reactino section and stripping section. The reaction section is formed from superimposed catalyst bed layer and separation plate, and the catalyst bed layer is formed from downcomer, catalyst loading zone and vapor-liquid phase channel, and the catalyst loading zone consists of upper gratings, lower support plates, peripheral partition board and baffle plates, in which between partition boards or between partition board and tower body the downcomer can be formed, and between baffle plates or between the baffle plate and tower body the vapor-liquid phase channel can be formed, and on the partition board and baffle plate at least a part of zone is holed, or slotted so as to make liquid phase reactant pass through catalyst bed layer to make catalytic reaction, and can raise its reaction efficiency.
