摘要：
本发明涉及中医药领域,尤其是一种治疗心肌疾病的药物组合物及其制备工艺。由三七、麝香、西洋参、乳香、没药、土鳖虫、龙骨、自然铜等组成,先提取乳香、没药挥发油,收集后加工成浸膏;将土鳖虫提取液收集后加工成浸膏;将龙骨水溶性成分多次煎取并过滤,再浓缩成浸膏;将制备浸膏与研磨后麝香与消毒灭菌的三七、西洋参精粉混合即可。本发明将治疗病毒性心肌炎之益气养阴、扶正祛邪等方法与治疗心肌性损伤之活血生新,治瘀通络法和相结合,可改善微循环、修复组织损伤、稳定细胞功能、抗脂质氧化、促进功能异常的心肌细胞功能恢复,本发明组方配比合理疗效显著,对心肌疾病有良好的治疗和防护作用。本发明制备工艺流程短且简单。

The Chinese medicine composition for curing myocardial diseases is made up by using the Chinese medicinal materials of notoginseng, musk, American ginseng, frankincense, myrrh, wingless cockroach, dragon bone and pyrite, and its preparation method includes the following steps: firstly, extracting voltile oil of frankincense and myrrh, collecting and making it into extract; collecting extract of wingless cockroach and making it into extract; decocting dragon bone for several times, filtering and concentrating to obtain extract; mixing said extracts with ground musk and sterilized notoginseng and American ginseng powders to obtainthe invented product with the obvious therapeutic effect.
