本发明涉及一种具有多功能的白酒,具体地说它在白酒中加入具有生物活性的金属硫蛋白,属生物食品,金属硫蛋白的加入量为每kg白酒加10－20mg,该多功能的白酒具有可清除自由基,特别是羟自由基,拮抗电离辅射,具有抗衰老功能,重金属解毒功能,具有保护肝脏,预防酒精性胃溃疡和肝癌发生的作用,其生产工艺简单,成本低,减轻了过渡饮酒的不良反应,防止疾病的发生。

The present invention relates to a multifunctional white liquor with the functions of removing free radical, specially eliminating hydroxy radical, resisting ionizing radiation, resisting senility, removing toxic material of heavy metals, protecting liver, preventing alcoholic gastric ulcer and liver cancer, and is characterized by that the metallothionein with biological activity is added in thewhite liquor, and its added quantity is 10-20 mg per kg of white liquor.
