The Digaibing fabric is woven with terylene yarn and polypropylene yarn in the ratio of 1-5, the terylene yarn is in the right side of the fabric and the polypropylene yarn is in the back side. It can be produced that machine weaving or knitting. Its dyeing and printing process includes the following steps: treatment before dyeing, stoving and setting, printing dispersed dye color paste, fixing color with saturated steam or overheat steam, water washing and framing to set. The dye color slurry used consists of dispersed dye, assistant and printing paste blended together. Compared with traditional high temperature color fixing method, the said method has no damage to polypropylene yarn. The present invention makes fabric with rich color, plumpy hand feeling and high size stability.
