摘要：
本发明用工业磷石膏废渣生产优质墙面材料，配料重量百分组成为：工业磷石膏去水后的可溶活性无水石膏70～75％、生石灰15～20％、添加剂8～12％，添加剂为硅灰石和铝矾土的煅烧料。将三种原料同时混合后研磨粉碎制成产品。用工业磷石膏生产的墙面材料，成本低，强度高，性能好；初凝、终凝时间适宜；施工期短，与各种基层均具有较强的粘结力，施工受季节温度的变化影响小；硬化后体积稳定，不易产生裂纹、空鼓、脱落的弊病，避免后期泛碱现象；并且形成的墙面表面光洁、细腻，经久耐用。利用工业废渣，处理了工业污染源，变废为宝，具有良好的社会效益、经济效益及环保效益，具有广泛的推广应用前景。

The high-quality wall surface material is produced with water soluble active anhydrous gypsum obtained through dewatering industrial ardealite in 70-75 wt%, calcium lime in 15-20 wt%, and additives including calcined wollastonite and bauxite in 8-12 wt%, and through mixing and grinding. The wall surface material has low cost, high strength, high performance, proper initial solidification time and final solidification time, high adhesion to the various base layer material and other advantages. In addition, the utilization of industrial ardealite as waste can reduce industrial pollution.
