摘要：
一种喷涂聚氨酯外保温墙体及保温层厚度控制方法，在基层墙体处理好后，先在基层墙体上喷第一遍聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层；等到聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料发泡完成后，将厚度控制标杆的一端垂直基层墙体插入聚氨酯中，插入端必须接触到基层墙体表面；然后再喷涂第二遍聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层，直到发泡后的聚氨酯厚度刚好达到厚度控制标杆的外端为止。采用厚度控制标杆不仅可以控制好聚氨酯的喷涂厚度，还可以控制好聚氨酯喷涂的平整度、垂直度，而且施工方便快捷，施工后喷涂的效果不受影响。解决了现场喷涂聚氨酯保温墙体平整度及保温层厚度难以控制的难题。

After the wall base is pre-treated, one layer of hard heat insulating foamed polyurethane is first sprayed; after completing foaming, one thickness controlling rod is inserted into the polyurethane layer until contacting with the surface of the wall base; and the other layer of hard heat insulating foamed polyurethane is sprayed to reach the outer end of the thickness controlling rod. The use ofthe thickness controlling rod makes it possible to control the thickness, the leveling degree and the vertical degree of the coated polyurethane layer conveniently.
