The window and door frame casting molds include two sets, one for casting polyurethane in the corners of window and door frame and the other for casting polyurethane in straight parts of window and door frame; and each set includes thickness controlling boards and baffles. The construction process of window and door frame includes the steps of: assembling mold and installing onto wall base, fixing the mold with fixing parts inserted into the anchoring holes onto wall base with thickness controlling board being parallel to the wall surface and the baffles being fixed in the window or door opening; casting polyurethane via the side opening on the mold so as to make polyurethane foam to fill the mold cavity; and demolding first the baffles and then the thickness controlling boards. The present invention can make regular window and door frame.
