Before the large area polyurethane painting construction, the corner parts of wall are first cast with polyurethane with the corner constructing mold to required thickness. The rectangular mold is anchored to the corner with anchoring parts, and the cast thickness is controlled via the washers below the anchoring holes. The spray gun is stretched into the casting hole to cast in the qualified thickness, and after the demolding, the large area wall is sprayed with polyurethane. The corner casting mold consists of two perpendicular mold boards connected together, and each of the mold boards has two casting holes and 2-8 holes for air to exhaust as well as hemmed anchoring edge with 2-8 anchoring holes. The present invention solves the difficult problem of spraying hard foamed polyurethane plastic heat insulating wall in the corners.
