Suppose there are sector C1, C2, C3, A, and statistical numbers of switching happened in same time period from C1 to Aú¼C2 to Aú¼C3 to A are obtained and marked as C1Aú¼C2Aú¼C3A. The invention uses number of backward switching to determine which sector the diplex pilot frequency bias is corresponded to. The invention makes heavy and bald procedure for optimizing a contiguous area list become simple and accuracy to increase efficiency and quality for optimizing network. The method is simple and without disadvantages of dependent on information of geographic coordinate provided by base station.
