The invention discloses a forward compensatory channel sharing method of CDMA-mode cluster communication system in mobile communication field: firstly initiating cluster calling by mobile terminal or network side, the base station enters in cluster service processing flow and consults with the mobile terminal to build forward-backward special control channel; then the base station build forward special control channel: if it is successful, continue and otherwise end; then using the command of base station building the forward compensatory channel to allocate a forward modulation resources to the mobile terminal which initiates the calling so as to transmit user service data; finally ending the cluster service flow; as compared with CDMA cellular cluster system which does not share forward compensatory channels, it can effectively increase the system capacity and at the same time the mode of sharing forward channels also avoids the impact of simultaneously building large numbers of service channels in the sector to the system.
