The invention relates to a telephone call method originated by the e-mail. The method includes the following steps: receiving the e-mail transmitted from user terminal; obtaining the e-mail URL information of the source promoter and transmitting member; invoking URL information and phone number transition table to do retrieval; each obtaining the phone number of the source promoter and transmitting member; sending the calling number and the called number into click dialing transaction. The telephone call method originated by the e-mail is adopted in the invention. When the user is reading the e-mail, he is only need to do simple transmitting e-mail operation to realize the telephone call to the sender, but no need to inquire the phone number and do dialing. This can sharply increase the working efficiency and the convenience of the operation.
