摘要:
本发明公开了一类淀粉-壳聚糖-PVA型全降解塑料发泡及流延成膜方法。该类发泡材料由淀粉-壳聚糖-聚乙烯醇及增塑剂和发泡剂(一般为水)等共混,经在发泡设备的模具中于150℃~160℃发泡,所得制品兼有淀粉-壳聚糖-PVA发泡材料的优点。它改进了淀粉-PVA发泡材料的耐水性能,其发泡材料的缓冲性能高于JIS2级。适合替代不降解的聚苯乙烯发泡材料,也可用流延法或吹塑法成膜,膜具有透明性,柔顺性,不溶于水。均能在自然环境中完全降解,对消除白色污染,保护环境具有重要意义,用此配方所制得的膜及发泡材料可用作可完全降解的包装材料。同时,因为其独特性,还可用作防伪包装材料。

The present invention discloses the foaming and curtain coating formation process of degradable starch-chitosan-PVA plastic. The foamed material is prepared with starch, chitosan, PVA, plasticizer and foaming agent, and through mixing, and foaming inside foaming apparatus at 150-160 deg.c. The foamed material has improved water resistance and buffering performance higher than JIS2 grade, is suitable for replacing non-degradable foamed polystyrene material, and may be curtain coated or blown to form transparent, flexible and water insoluble film. It may be degraded naturally and completely. It may be used in producing packing material, and owing to its unique characteristic, it may be also used as anti-fake packing material.
