The automobile anti-theft device includes power supply, power supply lock, control circuit and drive circuit connected successively; electronic key matching the key hole of the power supply lock; cipher input keypad connected with control circuit for signal transmission; motor connected to the drive circuit and with output connected to the speed varying transmission mechanism; locking tongue connected between the speed varying transmission mechanism and the lock inner cavity; and lock body in pipe structure and with inner cavity fitting the engine air intake passage. By means of the electromechanical combination, the lock tongue controls the on-off of the engine air intake passage. The anti-theft device is not easily damaged and has double distinguish control of power supply lock and cipher and thus reliable anti-theft effect.
