The present invention relates to a safety closure device for bottles and the like, provided with a tamper optical indicator, characterised in that it contains at least one disk member which is transversal with respect to a cap, where said disk member exhibits on its upper surface at least one projection and coupling means on its lower surface. Breakable container means containing substances capable of changing the conditions of the visible zone through a transparent portion of the cap is provided between the projection of the upper surface of the disk member. In particular, the coupling means determines a relative movement between the disk member and the breakable container means when a user unscrews the cap so as to cause the penetration between the projection and the container means.
