本发明属于药物制剂技术领域，更具体地说是一种含有两种药物活性成分的渗透泵控释制剂及其制备方法，两种药物中，一种是血管收缩剂，另一种是抗过敏剂。优选的血管收缩剂是：伪麻黄碱及其生理上可接受的盐如盐酸伪麻黄碱、硫酸伪麻黄碱，优选的抗过敏剂是马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸苯海拉明、氯雷他定。

Disclosed is an osmotic controlled-release preparation and its preparing process, wherein the preparation comprises the reactive components of two medicaments, i.e. vasoconstrictor and antiallergic agent, wherein the vasoconstrictor is preferably pseudoephedrine and its physiologically acceptable salts such as pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine sulfate, the antiallergic agent is preferably chlorphenamine maleate, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, and loratadine.
