本发明提供的是一种料袋热封口快速冷却装置。它包括安装在袋成型自动包装机机架上的吊架，在吊架下部设置有安装基板，在安装基板的两侧各设置一个固定风管和一个活动风管，风管上开有出风口，固定风管固定在安装基板上，在安装基板上安装有转轴，活动风管安装在转轴上，转轴上安装有转臂，安装基板上安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆与转臂相连，在吊架的垂直段中安装有涡流冷却器，涡流冷却器通过送风管与风管相连。本发明的装置能在短时间内将料袋的热封口从料袋的熔融温度降至固化温度，提高料袋热封口的可靠性，降低开包率。

The quick cooler for thermally sealed material bag includes hanger installed on the packing machine frame, installation base board under the hanger, fixed air duct installed on the installation base board, movable air duct installed on one rotation shaft on the installation base board, rotation arm on the rotation shaft, cylinder on the installation base board and with piston rod connected with the rotation arm, and eddy flow cooler installed in the vertical section of the hanger and connected with the air duct. The quick cooler of the present invention can lower the temperature of the thermally sealed bag mouth from melting temperature to cure temperature in short time and raise sealing quality and reliability.
