This invention relates to a method for automatic adjusting tricolor offset in digitalized video signal. It contains signal inputting, signal storing, signal processing and adjusting, the microprocessor of television set executing above mentioned three steps and judging the outputted tricolor data or color difference, adjusting the data offset to make the final outputted tricolor data or color difference data concordance with the data of blanking level. Said inputting step is inputting the grey sale signal form black level to white level, storing step is storing said signal and its deflection quantity, processing and adjusting step is adjusting the final black level concordance with blanking level, said invention uses current hardware in television set automatic completing tricolor offset setting and adjusting.
