The invention relates to technical area of guarding against miss locking in electric power system. A carry type temporary grounding device includes parts: screw; hand wheel; two holding frames located at left and right sides of the screw; two pieces of opposite L shaped clamp assembly of lever; two sliders; a holding frame of lock and a position sleeve. A groove is made on low part of the hand wheel. Spring shafts are installed on at least two opposite sides on the holding frame. Being at an end of the spring sheathed on the spring shaft, a small ball is embedded to the groove under low part of the hand wheel. There is at least one groove in middle part of the screw; there is at least one director element on low part of the position sleeve. One end of the director element is extended to groove in middle part of the screw. Through two connecting rods, the two pieces of holding frame are connected to two sliders. Features are: simple structure, easy of operation, small size.
