本发明所提供胚料的填模方法，其使已经升温至预定温度的模具之将被填入胚料的模穴，在该模具位于开模位置时，以流体冷却该模穴的表面，用以降低该模穴表面的温度，并随即将欲填入的胚料予以置入，随即使该模具位于合模位置。
