The utility model relates to a dust recovery and removal device, belonging to the field of environmental-protection equipment; the dust recovery and removal device which can recycle dust with small grain size in flue gas and protect environment is provided. A dust inlet and a filtered dust outlet are arranged on a shell, a rotating body is arranged in the shell, a through hole is arranged on the rotating body, and long-strip sealing devices are arranged among rotating bodies at the same line. The device can recycle useful substances contained in the flue gas and exhaust dust to the air along with the flue gas in the filtering and production process, therefore, the economic benefit of a producer is improved and the loss is reduced.
