The utility model relates to a net cover of a sound box, which comprises a meshed board (4) and a frame (1) fixedly connected with the outer edge of the meshed board (4), wherein a plurality of mounting plates (2) provided with mounting holes (3) are also arranged on the circumference of the frame (1), and the mounting holes (3) adopt waist-shaped holes. In the net cover of the sound box, since the mounting holes on the mounting plates adopt the waist-shaped holes, the mounting position of the net cover on the sound box can be regulated to be proper; and the effect is better, and the waist-shaped holes are more easily aligned with screw holes on the sound box during the installation, so that the installation is convenient.
