A plug body of the safety pipeline plug device and a pipe hoop are mounted together through threads; a sealing ring is arranged between an inner end face of the plug body and the pipe hoop; and a pipeline mounting screw hole is formed on the side face of the pipe hoop above the sealing ring. By the plug device, when the plug body is not completely detached, the pipeline mounting screw hole is opened to relieve the pressure in advance in the detaching process, and the leaked crude oil can be discharged into a dirty oil pit for recovery through a lead-out pipeline on the mounting screw hole. The operating safety is guaranteed, the environmental pollution is prevented, and the using effect is good; and moreover, the safety pipeline plug device is simple and reasonable in structure and is convenient to use.
