The utility model relates to a solar power generation device and a solar power generation system utilizing the same. The device structurally comprises a photovoltaic solar cell (A) and a temperature difference power generating sheet (B) arranged on a backlight face of the photovoltaic solar cell (A). The temperature difference power generating sheet (B) comprises a hot end electrode layer (B1) and a cold end electrode layer (B3), and a temperature difference power generating layer (B2) is clamped between the hot end electrode layer (B1) and the cold end electrode layer (B3) in wrapping mode. The hot end electrode layer (B1) of the temperature difference power generating sheet (B) is folded on the backlight face of the photovoltaic solar cell (A) through a first heat conducting insulation layer (C1). The embodiment of the solar power generation device can effectively reduce temperature of the photovoltaic solar cell, increases output power of the photovoltaic solar cell, and improves comprehensive utilization rate of solar energy.
