The purpose of the utility model is to provide a vacuum opening and closing device, the strength of which is enhanced relative to electromagnetic repulsion. The vacuum opening and closing device is characterized in that: the vacuum opening and closing device is provided with a vacuum valve, an actuator, a shell and a spacer; the vacuum valve is molded with insulative resin; the actuator drives the vacuum valve to act; the actuator is covered by the shell; and the spacer is arranged between the shell and the insulative resin.
