An anti-drop hanger comprises a hanger body. A hook is connected to the upper portion of the hanger body. The orthographic projection of the hook is in a 'C' shape. The hook is provided with two free ends. The upper free end of the hook is connected with an upper elastic blocker. The orthographic projection of the upper elastic blocker is in a 'V' shape. The lower free end of the hook is connected with a lower elastic blocker. The orthographic projection of the lower elastic blocker is in a reversed 'V' shape. Due to the fact that the central portion of the upper blocker and the central portion of the lower blocker are abutted together. Only when people operate the anti-shop hanger with hands, clothesline can pass in and out of the hook. The anti-shop hanger can not be blown down just by wind power. Therefore, convenience is provided for people.
