An anti-turning-over soap box comprises a box body. Each of connection shafts is respectively connected with the left side of the box body and the right side of the box body in a fixing mode. A dangling pendant is fixedly connected with the lower face of the box body. The box body, the connection shafts and the dangling pendant are in an integrated structure. The anti-turning-over soap box further comprises a water collecting box. Each of support rods is respectively connected with the left side of the water collecting box and the right side of the water collecting box in a fixing mode. Sleeve barrels are fixedly connected with the opposite inner sides of the support rods. The water collecting box, the support rods and the sleeve tubes are in an integrated structure. The connection shafts on the left side and on the right side are hinged with the corresponding sleeve barrels. Due to the fact that the box body is hinged between the support rods, with the acting force of the dangling pendant, the box body can never be turned over no matter how the box body turns. Therefore, the anti-turning-over soap box is clean, sanitary and convenient to use.
