The utility model relates to a car air conditioner air door connecting structure and a car air conditioner device. A car air conditioner air door of the air conditioner device is used for adjusting air flow in the shell of the air conditioner device. The air door comprises a convex shaft air door and a concave shaft air door which are connected through the connecting structure. The connecting structure comprises a plurality of embedding parts allowing the convex shaft air door and the concave shaft air door to be embedded with each other. The connecting structure is easy in die manufacturing and capable preventing dislocation and shaking between the convex shaft air door and a concave shaft air door.
