Honeycomb structure has cylindric periphery wall, next door and unit. The unit by the next door surrounds. In honeycomb structure's radial cross section, the unit divide into from central zone to the periphery wall form to have different cell density's a cell density regional. The border wall forms between two cell density regions. Every cell density region has border unit and inside unit. Border unit contact border wall. Inside unit contactless border wall. In honeycomb structure's radial cross section, every inscribed circle of border unit has the diameter that is not less than 0.5mm. And the inscribe fenestra of the inside unit adjacent with the border unit has the diameter that is not less than 0.5mm.
