The utility model relates to a double-acting machine for mixing flour with water, which is formed by that a transition shaft 12 is additionally arranged between a motor 1 and a charging basket 17. The power outputted by the motor is transferred to a flour mixing rod and the charging basket 17 through a belt, a chain wheel and the transition shaft, so that the flour rod and the charging basket simultaneously do rotatory movement. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, small size, low noise, convenient operation, convenient maintenance, high work efficiency and uniform flour mixing.
