The utility model relates to a thick oil well thermal recovery pipe column in an oilfield, particularly a high temperature steam injection disposable pipe column. The whole pipe column is composed of a well head (1), a thermal insulation tube (2), a thermal insulation centralizer (3), a high-temperature anti-steam pump (4), a high temperature and pressure underground balanced valve (5) and a telescopic and sealing integration packer. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation, and can complete the overall process of the present thick oil well steam injection and production after descending one time without repeated work and lighten the labor intensity of workers.
