In the invention, a corona pre-ionized, technique with free potential plate is used. A pre-ionized electrode and a primary discharging electrode are isolated by mica sheet. All of those three parts are fixed on a supporting block, in the middle of which a light-through hole is made, to form a discharging unit and construct a channel of axial gas flow. An internal channel for coaxial gas circulation is formed with the flow-guiding pipe and the axial gas flow channel, and an external channel of coaxial gas circulation is formed by the glass hull and the outside wall of the internal circulating channel. The feature of the invention is to use the coaxial gas inner circulation, so its structure is compact, gas flow is uniform and gas-tightness sealing is easily to be realized. The invention can be used as a light source for ranging movable target.
