The present invention is related to a preparation method of marking precursor SnADAM through use of the contrast agent, which is a technoligical means to make the focused improvement towards the problems of too-low yield and too-long time consumed through use of the palladium-carbon catalyst and hydrogen to alter the reduction reaction to avoid generation of a great volume of intermediates with close structure and save trouble of performing the extra separation and purification, thereby synchronously raising the yield of intermediates while reducing the chain influence in too-low yield of the final SnADAM yield. In addition, the present invention also introduces the use of (Pd2(dba)3) as the catalyst to enable part of the reaction steps to extremely obviously accelerate and shorten the time of producing SnADAM.
